The landscapes of the South West are my constant inspiration. I love to stand outside and paint from life: the brown silty water of the Avon, stormy Devon seascapes, urban landmarks and familiar streets.
I work on portrait commissions, academic projects, and charity collaborations, sharing my process through Instagram, demos, talks, and my Substack journal. My narrative work celebrates the perfectly imperfect, tackling social conditioning, beauty standards, reproductive work, power dynamics, and ecological damage.
Shown with the Royal Portrait Society, Society of Women Artists, and internationally, I was a finalist in the Ruth Borchard Self Portrait Prize and semi-finalist on Portrait Artist of the Year.
