Susie Brooks has worked as an Illustrator and Printmaker since 1991. She has an Honours Degree in Illustration and a Masters in Printmaking both gained from UWE Bristol. She always starts with the drawing, using her trademark dip pen line, and adds individually mixed colour by hand with screenprint and hand cut paper stencils. She draws maps and special places to remember times and people. It’s her way of recording memories. A picture can evoke so many good memories. They may be your special places too.
