Years ago, as an art teacher, I yearned for the freedom to create my own art. Moving from Lancashire to Bristol unlocked this dream. Inspired by Bristol’s creative community, I explore nature’s beauty through my creative practice and painting vibrant, abstract landscapes. The inspiration for my art is grounded in nature, particularly reflecting more wild and abandoned places, from both my local environment and from journeys further afield, often on walking and sketching travels.
