Born in Romania in 1978, Luiza is a computer programmer living in Bristol. From the early ages she took formal art classes up to the age of fifteen, and then she pursued mathematics becoming a computer programmer. After university graduation she started working both in Romania and then abroad but she continued to paint in her spare time. From 2009 she moved to London with the idea of getting closer to art.
From 2012 onwards she reapplies herself to the art by taking art classes in London, sketching in her lunch breaks and train journeys. Meanwhile she was more and more drawn into spirituality, and use art as a form of therapy and self healing. Therefore she started to paint “mandalas” and teach others to paint them.
The work on display consists of sketches, recent work of last 6 months.
